Rebate/Credit for Service Termination

Hi - I needed to terminate my service. I just received a bill statement showing that I have a rebate/credit. Will I receive a check for the rebate amount or how will I receive it now that I have stopped service with you?

Thank you for posting on our awesome Forums page about your recent cancellation and refund needs. I am sorry to hear that we lost a valued part of the Comcast family. Hopefully, we can welcome you back in the near future. We will first attempt to refund the final credit balance back to the last card used on file within 30 days of your final disconnect. If there are any issues with refunding the amount back to the card on file, we would then send out a paper check within 4-6 weeks! Please let us know if you have any further questions.

@XfinityMary  Thank-you for the quick response. Since I pay bills using Bill Payer through my Bank, it's unlikely that I have a card on file. I guess I should expect to see a paper check over the next 4-6 weeks. Thx again.
