user_lnd3u9 Thank you so much for stopping in for help with this real-time 4K error. I have run into a similar error when trying to watch content that is only available in 4K with a non-4K TV/TV box. Are you running into this error when using one of our X1 TV boxes or our Xfinity Stream app?
