Really Bad Horrible Customer Service
I was given an appointment today between 12pm-2pm the tech lied and marked the job completed when he did not even show up despite the texts I received today that he was on the way and actually here at my home. After talking two phone agents both lied and said that they understood and also lied about getting me help for today. Now they had an agent who came out yesterday on the 9th did something to my new modem he put in and now nothing works and I have disabled people in the house. I have been a long time customer till now. I want to file a complaint and get a tech out here today instead of allowing the tech who was supposed to come out here get away with lying about completing a job when he was no where near my house. Now I’m stuck with no services. Such horrible service all around. I will have to find another internet provider one who knows who to help customers and do what it takes to help instead is lying to people.
