Really bad customer services

I'm been customer for 10 years services is good  but lately the customer services is the worst, I spend on hour to schedule a technician, got an appointment and they canceled, i lost one day of work, and they didn't have the respect to comunicate the canceled of the appointment for their behalf. today I'm will canceling my service because of how bad is your customer service. I will not recommend this company any more, good look comcast because I believe this situacion will happen more often
