Really bad customer service

I signed up with Xfinity with a promised bundle package of internet and 4 lines of mobile for $140 plus tax and fees. God only knows what happen but they have been over charging me every single month since 4/2024. Month after month of calling their customer support which is a joke, I finally reached a supervisor who told me that the issue would be resolved and that I would be credited in a few billing cycles. That never happened. Me Calling month after month to only be hung up on numerous times, or argued with and talked over while never being completely heard. They don't listen and tell you how valid the charges are with no mantra for problem solving. Be warned, very warned this customer support is the worse.
