This is the worst system I have multiple issues and I need to talk to real person because none of them are on the automated system!!!!

Our team is always happy to help you in the right direction for how to change your payment method, we aren't able to update that ourselves though on this platform. This link will provide the steps to changing the payment method. Can you tell me what other concerns you had?
