Real human beings

Your company need to have real people on the calls, it’s very very frustrating calling Xfinity to continue to get these AI robots. I just want to talk with a real live human, to help me with my issue and not be on a call with a robot that cant understand my request or want to send a link that can’t resolve my issue. I am going to go back to AT&T at least I can speak and deal with real people that can understand me. Then for the service to be so expensive, and can’t speak with a real person is annoying.

user_a9p2pu, Thank you for your feedback. Is there something that I can help you with today? I know that it can get frustrating. Half the time we don't know if we are dealing with AI or a real person. I can assure you that I am a real person. I would like the opportunity to help if I can.
