I need someone to contact me about a problem I have had with my service for 3 months now. I have been on the website chat and phone calls and spent several hours with no help or resolution. In the meantime, now that you have direct draft from my bank account you are taking out more and more money in direct contrast to what my plan was supposed to be. Also my mobile phone numbers on your sight are showing wrong in your records and after submitting several tickets there has been no repair or the call backs promised. Half the time your website doesn't work. This has been going on since February!! My next phone call will be to cancel everything. I also may sue for stress and false business claims. Contact me within 12 hours or I am through with Comcast after 22 years.
