I'm sorry I can't tell from here if you have our Xfinity mobile care service for your device however it's quick and easy to check in the Xfinity app. Click on device, under device management, "Submit a claim" This option will not be available if the selected device is not covered under the Xfinity mobile care plan.
Do you see the option there? If not, and you are still within 30 days of line activation and the device is in good working order we can add the service for us.
