Reactivation Legacy Email

It has been about a year since I was able to access my Legacy xfinity email account ( its been about 7 years since I had actual service) I had been logging in every few months for years but now I think my account was hacked and now I can't reactivate it. It says account not  found on the migration page and the new sign Icreated just loops back to sign over and over or support articles. I have tried on multiple devices and browsers. An agent advised me to create a new account with same email and even that email account doesnt work. Is it blacklisted somehow on the backend because nothing seems to work. Website is treating like neither the old or new account exist or its blocked?

This link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/using-email-only has great information on your Xfinity e-mail when you don't have Xfinity services. I'll be happy to take a closer look at your Comcast e-mail to see if I can assist you on accessing your emails
