Reactivating service

I recently paid off my previous bill from a account that was deactivated and I am trying to reactivate my internet after applying for the internet essentials program. However I was approved and haven't received any updates regarding the welcome kit shipping and I tried to use a router I was using before my internet was deactivated but the app doesn't let me try activate it saying I need to play a bill of $0.

Thank you for choosing Xfinity, and for making a payment, user_j056xu! I know I'd be wondering that same thing too, we can help! Is it the same address? When were you approved for the Interest Essentials program, and did you receive an email confirmation regarding your account, equipment, and the shipping for your new modem?

Yes its the same address. Yup It said I was approved and that i should be receiving a email saying I was approved on the 06/03 and a order confirmation on the 05/30.

user_j056xu Got it, thanks! Did you do all this online? You mentioned you received your order confirmation for your Internet essential order, and within that email, it said you'd receive another. Could you let me know if you received that follow-up email, or another communication in-between time? You will need new equipment for your internet essential services, and you, need to return any old equipment that you're no longer using.

Yes it was all online and no other email messages after the application approved one that I got one 06/03 that and the order confirmation are the only ones I have received since.
