Reactivating service
I recently paid off my previous bill from a account that was deactivated and I am trying to reactivate my internet after applying for the internet essentials program. However I was approved and haven't received any updates regarding the welcome kit shipping and I tried to use a router I was using before my internet was deactivated but the app doesn't let me try activate it saying I need to play a bill of $0.

When were you approved for the Interest Essentials program, and did you receive an email confirmation regarding your account, equipment, and the shipping for your new modem?
