Reactivate my account

Hi, could someone help me with reactivating my Xfinity account? I moted in new home and need to reactivate my internet service in the new place. Every time I click on anything within the account I get the message "Looks like you can't make changes to this plan. Contact the account owner for details."

Congratulations on your new home! We're so glad to hear you'd like to get Xfinity services started up at this location as well.

When moving to a new address, service can either be transferred from the old or current address, if it is still active, to the new one or cancelled altogether, and new service started at the new location.

It sounds like the latter is what is needed in your case. We can definitely help!

To send a private message, you may need to:

  • Click "Sign In"
  • Click the "direct message" icon
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
