reaching a person who can actually help
I have spent hours on the phone trying to reach someone who can put my account on seasonal service. Although the agents I finally speak with (after following endless prompts) are very nice, the changes are not made and we are billed for service we did not want. Please improve your customer service - as of right now I have been on hold for 39 minutes. This is my third attempt today to try to speak with anyone at Comcast.
