reaching a person who can actually help

I have spent hours on the phone trying to reach someone who can put my account on seasonal service.  Although the agents I finally speak with (after following endless prompts) are very nice, the changes are not made and we are billed for service we did not want.   Please improve your customer service - as of right now I have been on hold for 39 minutes.  This is my third attempt today to try to speak with anyone at Comcast.

I have had th same problem with "Customer Service" many times.  If I am lucky enought to actually get a human to talk to they are polite but always try to get me to upgrade to a higher service level.  And that doesn't account for the number of times in the discussion that I had to give my account number to get anywhere,.  In short - Their "Customer Service" is non-existant!!!!!!

Only 39 minutes. Luxury. The last drone I spoke to told me that the very phone I was actually using wasn't working. Clueless. And then gave me a patronizing lecture on International dialing. I gave up.

@user_9cba18 Please start a new thread with your issue [not your complaint] but leave out any personal identifying information.  We have great Corporate employees that work here and they should be able to help you.
