Hi, I need help fixing a major error on my account billing/plan duration. Recently, an agent promised and set up a deal for me at $71.33 per month fixed for 5 years (60 months). However, after I activated my new modem, I checked my account and noticed the system automatically changed my plan duration to only 12 months. This is a system error. Could you please check my account history and restore my correct 5-year promotional contract at $71.33/month as originally agreed?
