RE: Storm Ready WiFi device order
I have tried every browser available and tried to use the Xfinity Mobile App you keep pushing us to use exclusively, but nothing works. I want to order the storm ready unit due to your [Edited: "Language"] people are working on my area so [Edited: "Language"] often I am without internet more than I can afford to be without. from either the app or web page, I click on the "Get Started" link and it prompts me to choose either my old address (*why that [Edited: "Language"] thing is still there I don't understand - we move our last june!!!) or my New Permanent address of the home we purchased. After that it goes through a check from page URL at https://www.xfinity.com/buy/plan/internet/manage-gateway then it goes to the URL https://www.xfinity.com/buy/customize and it never loads another item. It sits there indefinitely (*I've waited over an hour and nothing happens) - Same thing happens when I use the Mobile app - Same exact behavior, Mobile app launches web browser UI then same pages are called up (*yes I am logged in in both scenarios) .... I even tried going through chat and the virtual assistant NEVER CONNECTS TO A [Edited: "Language"] HUMAN and HAS NO OPTIONS FOR HELP PURCHASING AND ITEM OR CHANGING PLAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AM [Edited: "Language"] Skippy!! I have a Dish Network Dish here and am half a heartbeat from mounting it on roof and terminating my Xfinity account that I have been loyal customer for over 30 years now!!!!!!!! This [Edited: "Language"] is totally unacceptable and screams that your developers never properly test their code! As retired MS Test Labs manager I promise you they would be REAMED for it by me and their leads!!!!!!!! This has been ongoing now for over 3 months that I cannot properly use a web browser to pay bill, change plan items, buy hardware, upgrade or get to customer service!!!!!! [Edited: "Inflammatory"]

None of the options are available to me. I have nothing under my user account icon when I log in except Name of account - silver - and Sign out link
Even with a clean install of Windows 11 Pro and Defaults for browsers (Safari, Opera, Firefox, Chrome, WebKit....Nothing....And If I try on mobile device, iPhone 12 Po Ultra or iPAD Air same result regardless of browser.
If I try to use you stupid - HORID AI Support Garbage, it says let me connect you to an agent then nothing happens.....Same as when I Click on "Get Started" Link to get the Storm Ready device or any other changes I may want to make -- Click on Get Started it ask to confirm address (Again I don't understand why the old 916 1/2 E Main address is there, That account was to be moved to the new address at 3014 35th....Etc......) I confirm new address and I get the circle with the tracing 3 dots that sends me to the link https://www.xfinity.com/buy/customize and the tracing 3 dots in the circle stay forever.....You junk is busted and As a Microsoft (retired) test Lead/Test Labs Manager for Windows group and the Original Ops master for Office dot Microsoft dot com.....I can tell you with all authority I've tested it on my end and confirmed its not a setting I have set....Further now that your people completed some kind of maintenence in my area....Most of my WiFi 6 and brand new WiFi 7 systems won't connect to the WiFi 6e radio in the 8U gateway with out I disable - count 20, re-enable, Click Connect - Force SSID scan and only allow WiFi 6 band to be used, My system is brand new and cost over $7 grand to build....its the best of the very best of all hardware to be certified for Windows 11 and soon to drop WIn 12....Fix you junk!
