Re sign contract
All I want is to chat with a real person. AI chat is absolutely USELESS. I have been with xfinity for years but $100 a month is outrageous when I can get fiber with other companies around me much cheaper. I would like to sign another 12 month contract to reduce my rate. How is this not possible?!
