Re: Outage reported but no crews in the area fixing it
We've had an outage of all services since Sunday afternoon and I cant get a hold of anyone at customer service to tell me what's going on, just the same automated message that the technicians are working on it. It's now tuesday morning and still nothing. I understand that some things take time but at least tell me what is going on, don't try to placate me by telling me you're working on it and it will be back soo, obviously that's not the case. Stop giving the 4 hour time frame and hljust be honest. That way I know if I can work from home or have to make other arrangements. This is frustrating and not even getting a chance to speak to a live person makes it worse.
