RE: Not their income, so they don’t care

Over the past 4 months I have tried eight times to get the service I need and can afford. Every time I come to an agreement with an agent they manage to mess up the service and bill me 20 to 30 dollars more than we agreed on. This is after they sent me a letter stating I was such a great customer they were going to keep my service the same for a year and then charging me almost $50.00 more. Maybe I will go to the AG as well.
