  Having problems connecting to my security cameras Arlo keeps blinking amber I called I Arlo to troubleshoot they did everything on there and still can't get it to work and told me to call my cable provider Xfinity thank you

  1. You've asked the poster to send a private message, but failed to tell them how to do it. "New Posters" often do not know how to send a PM. If you actually want to hear from them, you should tell them how to reach you. Something like "To send me a private message click my name (ComcastMichele), then click 'Send a message' ".
  2. It isn't realistic to expect customers to recognize that the cryptic string "comca.st/30x1qW2" is actually the address of a web page. Why not post a clickable link? And why use shortened non-links when you could just as easily post the much more recognizable (and clickable!) https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/view-account-info-my-account-app?
