If i split my bandwidth from gig speed internet to have 2.4ghz and 5G will that affect my 5G speed?

This is a great question! The answer is no. The only difference between the 2 bands is that 2.4 GHz is slower but has a longer range, and 5 GHz has less range but is faster. We usually have our devices set up to do both depending on the need for the device connected, which offers a wider range when needed.
