I am having this exact issue and was told on the phone that I am not eligible for peacock premium and they don’t know why it just doesn’t show up under my rewards even though I am a platinum member. I’ve been on the chatbox for 2 hours, spoke on the phone, no one can assist me. It’s really contradicting and misleading to customers to make it seem like rewards can get your peacock but then it not be offered easily to everyone under that tier. Like others have said u lost it when I went down to 500gb and then was excited about being platinum thinking I could get it back but no. No one has been able to explain why as a platinum rewards member  don’t get it either. Truly frustrating.

I am having a similar issue.  I initially qualifed for free Peacock when signing up 5 years ago, but didn't get their streaming device and therefore didn't activate it.  Now, I have become a platinum member after 5 years of service, and I'm trying to get the "Peacock Premium, on us" listed on xfinity.com/membership for my account.  When going to xfinity.com/activate-peacock it tells me that I'm not eligible.  Customer service is telling me that I didn't activate within 90 days, therefore I'm not eligible for free Peacock.  However, I'm newly eligible per Platinum membership (within 90 days) and I'm being told I can't get access to that perk.  This doesn't make sense, if I'm eligible for the reward, I should be able to get the reward.  Can you please provide some help?
