I’d like to file a complaint because for 3 different days I was told that someone would come to my house to bury a temporary cable and no one had show up

Please know that once a line burial has been put into the system, our local line teams have 14 business days to complete the burial. I do apologize if that was not communicated to you. My team would be more than happy to monitor the appointment and ensure it gets buried within that timeframe. Please send us a Direct Message. Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

 • Click the "Direct Message icon” (upper right corner of this page)
 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 • Type "Xfinity Support" in the To line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
