Re: DANGEROUS COMCAST WIRE SITUATION AT MY HOUSE

I am having the exact same problem.  Comcast wire is so low that I can grab it.  It runs across my street and the Garbage trucks didn't do pickups today for my street (a dead-end), because they could not pass.

I called PG&E yesterday to confirm it wasn't their wire. They got here in 15 minutes.

I called Comcast at the same time and they noted a ticket with the words "Dangerous Wire Condition", yet nobody has contacted me in over 36 hours to say they are coming. (ticket# 051985644)

Can someone please come here urgently?  If a car or truck snags this wire, it's going to rip down my roof mast and take the live electrical wire with it!

Thanks

Hi there! I'd be glad to ensure that this gets looked into further. Please click on my handle (ComcastRob) and send a private message with your name, the complete service address (including city, state, ZIP, suite number, etc), and the phone or account number, and any pertinent details-- like the ticket number(s)-- so we can help.
