To cancel a walk-in appointment at the Xfinity store, you can do so through the confirmation email you received when you booked the appointment. Click the link provided in the email to cancel. Alternatively, if you have an Xfinity online account, you can log in to the Appointments section, select your appointment, and click 'Cancel Appointment' to confirm the cancellation.
