Re: Cable Lines Relocated from old service pole
Experiencing same issue. New pole installed over 2 years ago, all other utilities have been transferred over from old pole to new pole, except for Comcast. Have waited countless hours on hold to be told the issue would be resolved. Even managed to get the outsourced tech support team to transfer me to a domestic Comcast employee who issued me a ticket number and told me I would receive a call in a few days and it would be resolved on or before 12/4/2020, no call, no resolution. Comcast, please help !
