I have a wire down on a tree in front of my home at [Edited: "Personal Information"] which was reported by the Winthrop Fire Department to Xfinity yesterday and nobody has come yet to remove it

Customers and non-customers alike should be able to report these types of issues that way as one of the fastest ways to have a ticket created and assigned to our field team.
