Re: Bad customer service experience
I had horrible customer service. The agent would just want to over talk. I am sure that it is a ploy so a customer gets angry and hangs up. Comcast is not the company it used to be. No customer service here. Nothing accomplished after 2 hours dealing with useless internet options or even live customer service. Xfinity/Comcast is not interested in their customers only in making money off them.
