Re addding unlimited Data... large overage bill.
I upgrade my internet speed, while using my ow modem, and it took away Unlimited Data. My kids all just downloaded a few new games and my usage shot through the roof. I'm paying more than business class internet now... The link to add back unlimited data gives me an error, the same error it gave years ago. However now I CANNOT GET A HOLD OF LIVE SUPPORT TO RE ADD THIS.

I understand how concerning it is to not have to worry about my data usage as I'm a single parent of two with two teenagers that are avid online gamers, so they do a lot of gaming , streaming and downloading of 4K material with all these new devices and apps they have out.
