Hi there, @Kimfmc! I am sorry to hear that your cable service is offline. Remember if you have working internet and a Smart TV or device you can watch the Xfinity Stream app without a TV box. I have some questions so I can best help. If this was caused by a problem with an outside line, we would need to have a technician out.
1. Are you seeing this on one TV box or all o them (if you have more than one)?
2. Did you try unplugging the power cable to reset the TV box?
3. Did you check the coax connection to ensure it is finger tight at the back of the TV box and the wall coax outlet?
