Randomly cancelling accounts?!?!? inexcusable and a class action lawsuit is coming

My family and i  been an xfinity/comcast customer for over 20 years. I wake up to find ur services disconnected which is funny considering I never requested to have my internet service terminated. Its interesting because about 3 months ago I got sick and tired of the constant increases in cable channel premiums and decided to just keep the internet & return the cable box and the equipment. After giving me a hard time about it they sent an invoice/memo to my email confirming that only the internet service would be activated and the remaining services cancelled. As it turns out, they either want to be petty, or not take any accountability because I provided them my email invoice from them and they stated that they "do not know" how it happened but have "no control" over the outcome. Furthermore they refuse to honor the deal/contract i had previously and not only did they hit me with an early "termination" charge but demanded I sign up as a new customer. You would think that if you have proof that they would honor the customers who have given their hard earned money to them for nearly 2 decades but no. Sloppy service, untrained employees who will disconnect the call whenever anything inconveniences them. But no trouble i plan on taking legal action. Save your $ everyone, don't give your business to them. they dont care about you. you shouldn't care about them

Hello user_rn3157,  I apologize for your experience and our lack of resolution regarding the unauthorized cancellation of the account. I would be happy to take a deep dive into the account to figure out what happened and make thing right. If you could send a direct message with you your full name and the address we would be happy to take a look for you.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
