Raising a Low hanging Main line running by my property

I have a line that is running along the side of my lot ( Ridge Road ) that I want to have buried. This line was brought to your attention by me 2 years ago. At that time the line was supposed to be raised do to it haging low.

The line was never raised properly and was just hung on a tree branch to raise it up. 

I am currently having a home build on this property that is at [Edited: "Personal Information"]. This line is in jeopardy of being broken do to the construction which runs along Ridge Road.

Can you Please tell me who I can contact to have this line buried? My builder is working with Nipsco to have the single power line buried also, due to the need to remove a pole.
