Quit!

I need to cancel my service. You used to have excellent customer service with lovely humans but now you have a useless bot in addition to your anti-customer politics. So get me out of here! This text box doesn’t even work right……..humans but now you have a bot

Hey there @user_d8dpfi I am sorry to hear you have not had a pleasant experience when reaching out previously. Through Xfinity Forums, we have real people assisting with your concerns. We'd hate for you to leave but can also assist with that here.

Please send us a direct message with your full name and service address to get started.

To send a direct message:

  • Make sure you are signed in here in the Xfinity Forum. Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message" icon (square chat icon in the upper right corner of your screen next to the bell icon)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it

If you get them to cancel this way- please share. I've been trying to cancel every which way for month and they won't. This is the 2nd time they've done this actually- i should've known better.

Hey there, @user_is19j7. Our team would be able to assist with making that change for you. We would hate to lose you as a valued customer but we understand sometimes changes need to be made. If you could please send me a DM with your first and last name along with your full-service address, we can get started.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
See https://comca.st/3KQF8q9 for an example.
