Questions regarding plan upgrade

I was looking at Xfinity's "5-year price guarantee" and have a few question, can someone help me with them? Thanks!

  1. The webpage says "Xfinity Mobile Unlimited line included for 1 year", how do I get this after signing up the Internet? I am using a non-Xfnity cellular plan, will there be an option for me to port in my number?
  2. For Internet I am currently using my own cable modem on an old Xfinity plan, if I select Xfiniy gateway while placing order, will the gateway come in the Starter kit?
  3. Once I receive the gateway, I replace the old modem with the new gateway and activate it via Xfinity app, is that it? Do I still need "professional installation"? I don't want someone to come into my house checking the ports in the rooms.
