Questionable Customer Service
I recently move (2 years now) and have been trying to cancel the old service at my old place. Never did i think it would take Xfinity 2 years to cancel a service i no longer used, especially when i opted for a upgrade (still xfinity) service at my new place.
I have tried contacting xfinity customer service so many times in the past 2 years to get that service canceled, and i always get the run around. My worst experience was today, Beryl was no help at all. She had me on hold for 30 minutes while she “looked into” my account. 20 minutes into the call i heard “hello, miss _” to which i responded “yes hello?” I didn’t hear back for another 10 minutes. Beryl then tried to end the call saying “due to no response, I’ll have to end this call.” I interrupted and said “sorry, i am here. I responded the first time you picked up.” She continued on acting as if she didn’t here me, pausing through her script because she could here me interrupting her to not end the call. Eventually i gave up trying to hold on to the call and hung up to which she tried calling me back. All in all horrible experience.
Side note: If you guys know Spanish, just do yourself a favor and call the Spanish Customer Service Line. They were a wonderful help and got my concern resolved in 15 minutes. I will be doing that from now on.
