Can I cancel my account and return my equipment to any Xfinity store?

Hello user_f1d1ff. Thanks for reaching out to us for help with your questions on our Xfinity Forums. We are happy to help out in any way we can! I'm sorry that you may need to cancel your account. Are you having any issues with the services or the rates? I would be glad to look into any issue.

With canceling an account you can return the equipment to a UPS Store or a Xfinity Store. There should not be an issue with returning the equipment to any Xfinity location, however my preferred return option is through my local UPS store. It's easier for me to get to the UPS store, and it's closer, so when I've needed to return my cable boxes and modems I simply took the devices to the UPS store, they package and ship them back to us for free.
