Question regarding refund

I called last month to request a cancellation for the service that was mistakenly linked to my account. I want to confirm whether that incorrect address has been fully disconnected from my account. Additionally, could you please let me know when I can expect my refund for the charges made without my authorization? Based on my billing statements, the incorrect charges for October and November add up to about $80. Could you confirm the exact amount that will be refunded and when I can expect to receive it?
