Question About Promotional Email I Received

I got an email today talking about benefits for Diamond Member benefits (email is dated today, 4/30/2026) that I'm not understanding.  One part of it says, and I'll copy and paste it here:

New! Gaming perks

  • $10 off games from GameStop
  • Enter for a chance to win a Herman Miller gaming chair

Plus more exciting perks!

See your benefits   >

But when I click on the "See your benefits" link, the only thing showing up under gaming is the sweepstakes for the gaming chair, nothing about $10 off games from GameStop.  What is going on?

To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forum's page.
 
Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
 
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "to" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message

@XfinityCarolyn​ When I click on the DM icon the cursor just spins constantly, never showing the page. I left it for literally minutes, not seconds.  Cursor never stops spinning.  Besides, there is another poster who has already confirmed s/he is seeing it also (look right below this response), so I don't think it's a personal thing with my account.  It appears your email promotional claims aren't matching up with your actual website.  That would be true for everyone if true, and easily verifiable without going to DM.  But, as I said, it won't let me DM at all.  The cursor just spins without ever stopping.
