Question about plan change and prices shown
Can someone clarify......if I'm logged into my account, and look at changing my plan, then I can get whatever price I'm seeing, yes. An Xfinity person just told me the prices I see are for new customers only. I have always gone online, logged in, and either upgraded or downgraded, and had no problems with whatever price was shown.
