Question about billing plan offer.
So i wanted to pay my bill and somehow get credit and cash back on rakuten for doing do, but I think that's asking too much, anyways on to the question. I currently have an internet service plan of up to 200 mbps download speed for 39.99 a month and plus 14 for modem.
But since I have rakuten I decided to browse some deals and the very next tier up is 69.99 for tv(10 channels) and up to 100 maps download speed. I would of gladly taken the deal if it was 200 mbps. But it wasn't, so that kind of did not make sense. So i thought if this deal continued after my current deals price ends which is this October, I probably would take it. But is it really? what I mean is does it start now or next October? Because it never said but it was the first deal listed.
Also. I wanted to know, this is more if a technical question but I would like to use the yellow internet cable they gave me instead of wireless for a faster connection, but i don't seem to have a input for it anywhere? Can someone explain to me?

Hi there, @Blc341.
Our team would love to help you out regarding billing or technical questions. For the ethernet cable, there should be a port on the back of the modem that you link up to the back of your PC, Laptop, Mac, ect.
Can you please private message me your full name and service address? Thank you for posting to our forums.
