Question about billing and payments

Good afternoon, I have a question about my billing and payments for both my Xfinity Internet and Xfinity Mobile services. These bills are due usually on the 18th and 22nd of the month respectively.


My question is, is it possible to get a grace period to pay each bill, or at the very least make payment arrangements for October 26th when I will get my next paycheck?

Thank you so much for reaching out to us here on our Forums, @user_27aa83! I completely understanding needed those few extra days with the billing concerns, and typically there is a grace period with the Xfinity Internet services. You can setup a payment arrangement following these instructions if your account is eligible https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/set-up-payment-arrangement. For the Xfinity Mobile services, at this time the accounts are not eligible for payment arrangements. There a few days grace period for the Xfinity Mobile services, but the payments will be attempted to be taken out of the card on file. Please let us know if you have any further questions/concerns.
