Put up downed wire

I have an appointment for a tech to put up a downed wire, BUT NO ONE EVER COMES!!   It has been FOUR Days of a wire laying down across my driveway.   Blocking the access!!  Every day I call, Xfinity assures me someone is coming  that day to put the wire back uP, but they don’t come and my appointment keeps getting pushed to the next day.  I need someone with a bucket truck to come and fix this!!

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

FYI for anyone reading this with a similar problem:  be warned - It is now day six and the wire is still down.  All we are getting from customer service is empty promises that someone will come on a certain date and still no one comes!  This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced
