Purchased Internet/No Confirmation Email/No way to access account

Hello!

Yesterday I bought a new internet package for my apartment since my roommate who got us internet moved out. After purchasing I hit submit on the order and didnt get a confirmation email to allow me to set up an account. Xfinity charged my credit card so I know the order went through but I have no way to access or create an account now and the help call line wouldnt let me speak to anyone without a phone number or account number and I have neither of those things (didnt put a phone number in when purchasing the package) Please help! Thank you!
