Purchased an apple watch with Cell enabled and has a major issue and Xfinity support is unable to see the problem let alone fixing it.
We purchased brandnew Apple Watch SE from xfinity, it was really difficult to activate the watch to begin with, later we realized there are 2 different numbers associated to same device as When i make a call I see one number and when I send text from apple watch a different number pops up. Has been in conversation with tech support for more than 10 hours in past 3-4 days. The customer support keeps us hanging for hours at a time and just keep saying they escalate with no resolution. Is it such a mess to track cellphone activities In Xfinity?
