Public Xfinity wifi hotspot is not working
The public wifi hotspot in an area I frequent stopped working for all of my devices. This happens from time to time and usually corrects itself within a day or two. This time it has been over a week. In other areas, these devices connect and work properly with public Xfinity wifi hotspots, so I have isolated it to just this particular location.
How do I notify Xfinity about a public wifi hotspot not working?
I tried the various resources online including chat and forum posts. I do not want to sit on the phone for a long time.
