Public hotspot outage

The public WiFi near clipper ship lane in east Boston is not working and I'm not sure who to report it to.

Thanks for posting on our Community Forums for assistance, user_shfaag. We'd like to help with the hotspot concern. Have you checked our Xfinity App to see if there's an interuption reported near the hotspot? You can check the service status by visiting us online HERE

Yes, I have, and there are no reported outages, but that doesn't change the fact that it's still not working, so I figured I'd try to report it.

To send a Direct Message:

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
