PS4 Disconnects Randomly

Been dealing with this for over 2 years since I've moved here, Xfinity's live agent chat is 0 help as always I have no interest in speaking with a robot for help on something and when I finally give in it just infinite loads (awesome). Even tried calling, and the robot wanted to text me a link on a guide for how to fix my WiFi issues when I kept saying "Speak to an agent". I'm lost, I just want help and I've been on and off dealing with this and don't even bother console gaming anymore since it never works. Can I PLEASE get a reply with some sort of help here??? Thanks.

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or visit Xfinity Direct Messaging.
  3. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.
