Provisioning conflict and speed mismatch on Gigabit x2 plan (Mid-split)

Hello, I recently upgraded to the Gigabit x2 (2000/250 Mbps) plan and installed a new Netgear CM3000. My account currently incorrectly shows two active customer-owned modems. My signal levels are now correct, but my CM3000 is still receiving an old provisioning bootfile and is failing to lock the 'Enhanced Upload' mid-split frequencies. I need an official employee to help me remove the inactive hardware from my account and push the correct Next-Gen configuration file to my new modem. Please let me know when I can send a DM with my account details.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

user_ek0e2j, Hi there! Thanks for taking the time out of your Saturday to reach out and for your patience while waiting for a response. Great job outlining everything so clearly. I can definitely understand the importance of removing the inactive hardware and pushing the correct Next‑Gen config on our end so you can lock onto the enhanced upload mid‑split frequencies.
