Property Easement

Like many others, I am trying to communicate with Xfinity trying to find access to an easement Comcast claims they have on my property. I have gone through chat and provided my address information and asked for documentation, but all I get back is a question asking what services can I help you with. This is urgent as an adjoining property is trying to bore through my property to connect to the box at my house. Of course I cannot speak to a representative.  Thank you.

user_8sjtco We appreciate you reaching out to us over our Community Forums. You should be able to verify a Comcast/Xfinity easement by reviewing your property deed, plat map, or title report at your local county recorder’s office. These legal documents will outline, and detail utility rights at your location.

Thanks. I have contacted the County and there are no records of an easement from Comcast in any deed on our property. So either the service/installation team on the neighbors property is lying or there is some deed not reported. Shouldn't Comcast have this recorded and be able to provide documentation?

user_8sjtco Our local teams should have the utility easement information for your location. We would be more than happy to reach out to them directly for you. Our team will respond to your direct message shortly.
