@user_em6jl1 Welcome to our community forum! Thank you for reaching out so I can make sure you have all the needed information before scheduling a meeting with your city council. What changes are you trying to make to the Comcast easement?

Civil legal matters must be submitted to Comcast’s registered agent, CSC Global. Please visit cscglobal.com/cscglobal/home or to call 1-888-690-2882 for assistance. CSC Global can provide information about the process and requirements to submit requests.

I need to speak with a Comcast representative to ask if they have received a letter from my attorney regarding vacation of Fort Lauderdale property (Comcast has existing easement), I need to know when Comcast received the letter, and estimated response time. My attorney will not available to answer these questions. Please call me at [Edited: "Personal Information"]

Thank you for clarifying, @user_em6jl1. CSC Global should be able to provide those details and put you and/or your attorney in touch with the correct team.

I called Global, they have no idea how to help or what I am requesting. Please ask a Comcast representative to contact me after reviewing my very simple request. Thank you.

XFINITY/Comcast have many thousands of utility easements. It should not be this difficult to speak with a representative about a request for vacation application. Please help me! Thank you in advance for going the extra mile.

I'm sorry to hear they were not able to assist you with this, @user_em6jl1. If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you.

To send a Direct Message, please click on the “Direct Message” icon in the top-right corner of the screen, next to the bell icon, click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon, then type or select "Xfinity Support". Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send your message and initiate a live session.

I also need a letter for an easement that Xfinity has on my and my neighbors property and it has been the worst experience as a customer.  I have talked with customer service that has no idea how to help.  I have chatted with customer service - no help.  They sent me to the Xfinity store to get help, big surprise no help!  They sent me to this post!  Can anyone from Xfinity help?????  It has been about a month with only being given the run around.

@user_jit9on thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums. Sorry to hear you've been having issues with an easement letter, and wanted to assure you that you've contacted the right place for assistance. We can reach out to our local technician/construction leadership team to help with this request. Working with these teams for similar issues in the past they've been helpful with getting the easement requested information.

Since I will need to gather some information that we don't want in our public conversation, when you have time please send a direct message.

To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message" icon in the upper right - it looks like a chat bubble

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon just to the right of Conversations

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line - do not use the Employee's name!

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it

To expedite your request, we ask that you please include your name, the account holder name (if different), and the service address
