Property Easement Letter

I am looking to build a detached garage and the city asked me to contact you for a Property Easement letter (PUE letter).

@user_10ed99 Hi there, take a look at this post to help answer the PUE question. We do not provide them.

@XfinityJodie Thanks for the quick response, do you have a contact I can have the city call to tell them this. I don't think they will believe me if I told them that.

The city is telling me I cannot build with out a letter from you guys, so I am going to need to talk to a manager or supervisor. The letter is not that hard to complete, you don't have any lines on my property this is not that difficult.

@user_10ed99  I'd like to check the specifics for your area and ask some clarifying questions to help get you pointed in the right direction. Please send us a DM to Xfinity Support with your full name and address to get started.

To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 Press Enter to send it
